The three models are functional model, Matrix model, and business-embedded model. The functional model can be considered as perfect for supporting the training program of an organization as it can tie all of the resources and parties that are relevant for specific training initiatives. On the other hand, the initiatives of development and training can be customized based on the functional model. The expertise of different parties can be involved and can be considered as compatible with a perfect stable working environment. Functional model involves several important information, a perfect kind of conflict that can strengthen the training program (Lerís et al. 2014).
